TIIN Capital exits Datumprikker.nl

Amsterdam, September 6, 2023. Planning tools Datumprikker.nl and Cally.com have changed hands and are ready for the next step. After 9 years of ownership, TIIN Capital – together with other shareholders – has transferred the ownership to Kompas Publishing and Sky Is The Limit Investments.

 

In the Netherlands alone, almost 25 million appointments have been scheduled through the Datumprikker.nl platform, which has more than 6.5 million users. By using the Datumprikker.nl tool, one can easily find a suitable date and location for their group event. In just a few steps, one can create an event, suggest locations and invite participants.  

 

A few years ago, the international version was launched: Cally.com. Since then, this international version offers users outside the Netherlands the convenience of scheduling appointments in 5 different languages. It currently has more than 3 million users. With its new owners, the company is well-equipped to execute its growth strategy and to scale up internationally.
